Great location and a nice setup for couples, with each room having a separate bathroom and toilet. Unfortunately, an unauthorized staff member entered our private rental without any notice or permission, which was a serious invasion of our privacy. Even more concerning, management could not tell us who entered and repeatedly ignored our requests for clarification, blaming the delayed response on the holiday. We did not receive an explanation until hours after checkout. Completely unacceptable.

Room 301 was noisy due to being positioned next to the housekeepers store and above the kitchen and alleyway to the beach.
Constant noise from housekeepers store from circa 0600 and constant chatter from kitchen and alleyway throughout the day.
Asked to move informed by manager this was not possible on any of the days of our three day stay.
In fact when he discovered our reservation was bus Hotels.com he indicated that our reservation was inferior to booking direct with the property.
